These wheels were the original factory set fitted to my 1991 944S2. They are cast-rims (not to be confused with the similar looking forged-rims fitted to the 944 Turbo S). The fronts are 7x16 with a 55-mm offset. The rears are 8x16 with a 52-mm offset. They would make a nice upgrade to an earlier 944, or they could serve as a spare set of track or winter wheels. They are being sold without centercaps. I have a set of centercaps available as an optional extra for $20 (see last picture below). I won't be selling the centercaps separately.
Condition is “fair” in that all rims appear to be round and true, but each rim has some form of curb rash and two have noticeable scratches on their faces.
The tires are Bridgestone S02s. The thread on the outside edges are down to the wear bars (from autocrossing) and so they are legally bald tires. I don't plan to remove the tires and I would like the buyer to take the wheels and tires as is.
Given the relatively low price, and the hassle of shipping such a large item, I would prefer local pickup. I live in Sunnyvale, CA.
